I repeatedly came across the term "multibagger marker" in the Cliff Notes. I couldn't find a lost or explanation of what that entails for you - could you please clarify that concept?
Hi…. Thanks for the question. We have two broad checklists. One measures Teir 1 level quality, which is a combination of 10 quantitative and qualitative factors. So, for example, a company that meets our quality standards that is beginning to experience operating leverage is one of those. Another is new growth opportunities, due to changing industry trends.
Companies that meet the quality checklist that are about to meet or our meeting some of those multi-bagger criteria may qualify to be included in our MS Microcap Quality Index.
We also monitor high probability turnarounds for clues that they will be hitting criteria on our multi-bagger checklist.
Hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
As I am a believer of checklists for investing I always look for ways to improve my own checklists... hence the obvious follow-up question: is there a possibility to see the lists ? 😇
