Sunday Research Pipeline Session #3 – Asset Sale Should Take Company From a Loss to a Profit

Asset sale goes unnoticed + data center theme surfaces

I just wanted to let you know how much I’m enjoying publishing and sharing some of my research pipeline notes with you. While the research can be a bit raw at times, it gives me the chance to bring you ideas early in the process.

Many of these ideas begin as low-conviction, “wait and see” scenarios that eventually become investable and make it into our MS Microcap Quality Index (MSMqi). Think of them as early-stage catalyst notes.

This next stock is particularly intriguing to track, as the market hasn’t yet recognized the significance of an asset sale that meaningfully de-risks the balance sheet, turns the company from a loss to a profit, and removes the need for a potential equity raise to address a high debt load. There's also a data center angle worth watching.
