This morning, in Puerto Rico, I tried beach tennis for the first time. As a lifelong tennis player, it’s been hard for me to succumb to pickleball… and now beach tennis. But I have to admit, I’m glad I’ve expanded my racket-sport “pipeline” beyond tennis. (For the record, I also swing a pretty mean ping pong paddle.)

No pun intended, but I love building my microcap research pipeline the same way, on my own time, with no constraints. With 20,000 stocks across North America, there won’t be a day when opportunity isn’t waiting… even if you step away for days or weeks.

I tend to build the pipeline in spurts: reading earnings reports, working my way down the alphabet, scanning momentum stocks hitting new highs for the right reasons, and digging through big loser list for panic-driven selloffs. I also review pitches from investors in our network and our newest analyst, Diego La Torre.

On that note, two stocks have entered our research pipeline that we want to monitor more closely before they potentially qualify for inclusion in our Microcap Quality Index (MSMqi).

Company 1 is a network infrastructure player quietly generating sticky, recurring revenue through long-term contracts. Revenue surged more than 100% last quarter, insiders own a significant stake, and management is targeting over $100M in annual recurring revenue, which is more than 6x current levels.

Company 2 is a small-cap cannabis operator dominating its home market with a vertically integrated model and a large facility running well below full capacity, meaning growth can come without heavy capex. It trades around 10x 2026 earnings. Cheap, though not unusual for a sector institutions have largely ignored. That may be changing. If multiples expand alongside execution, this one could get very interesting.

We began publishing Research Journal posts in May 2025. These posts cover stocks we identify from our daily [MultiBagger] research watchlist that are beginning to get our attention, which might be in-line to be added to our microcap quality index (MSMqi)… but only if further research justifies such a move. However, we still track the returns of these stocks. Research Journal posts are published as new ideas enter our funnel.
