Yes, Tecogen could make be a good reference to enter the multifamily residential sector as there is a need for monitoring of boilers, demand response and cost management. PJM capacity auction for electricity is set to increase by 933% beginning in June 2025 so would recommend to ACFN to already start laying down the ground work. How can i help?
thanks.. I'll have a quick call with TGEN and get their pulse. It seems ACFN only deals with generators, even thought they list several markets in their filings, but they should be able to expand to other equipment rather easily.
Hey Maj, I'm wondering if you have any thoughts on the current forward valuation? I did a quick model using the CEO's comments about achieving 20% revenue growth in '24, '25, and '26, and using a generous NI margin of 15% (based on their last 9 months), I get a forward FY25 PE of 20 on $0.84 at the current share price. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the estimate, or if there's something I'm missing, like the potential for higher margins due to more recurring revenue?
Well, talk about a pop on publish! 16% on the day
Thanks for the notes, Maj. Is Tecogen a potential competitor to ACFN?
I wouldn’t think so. Actually, it could be an interesting relationship. ACFN sensors could be used in TGEN products.

Just reposting a blurb I posted in chat yesterday:
ACFN, Cliff Note #100, reported blowout numbers today, exceeding our own aggressive EPS estimates . We feel the stock could go to $25.
