What they do:
The company produces both Non-GMO Project Verified and USDA Organic nonalcoholic and ready-to-drink alcoholic beverages. Up until now, the company has only made coconut-based beverages.
MOJO Went public via a reverse merger in 2011. Shortly thereafter, it reached a licensing agreement with Chiquita brands to produce and sell a line of fruit beverages. By 2015, this agreement was terminated. At that time, the company was only generating a few hundred thousand dollars in revenue (all from the agreement). It’s unclear if the agreement was terminated due to weak revenue output, but as far as we can tell, Chiquita is no longer in the beverage business. In 2016 the company began selling its line of coconut water.
